Remote: Philippines-Based Independent Contractor
Schedule: Full-Time | U.S. Business Hours Preferred
Join an AI-powered construction technology company helping specialty trade contractors automate material takeoffs, pricing, and proposal generation from architectural plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guide new customers through onboarding and help them integrate JengAI into their estimating and bidding workflows
Conduct virtual training sessions and product walkthroughs tailored to customer needs
Build relationships with contractors, estimators, and business owners and provide ongoing support
Monitor customer engagement, identify adoption concerns, and proactively address challenges
Handle product questions and basic troubleshooting while properly escalating technical issues
Gather customer feedback and work with product and development teams to improve the customer experience
Maintain accurate customer records, onboarding milestones, issues, and follow-ups
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in customer success, account management, software onboarding, or a similar client-facing role
Excellent spoken and written English with confidence leading video calls
Experience supporting a SaaS platform, CRM, or business software
Strong organization and follow-through across multiple customer accounts
Practical troubleshooting and issue documentation skills
Comfortable learning new technology and explaining software in simple, business-focused terms
Patient, proactive, and genuinely focused on helping customers succeed
