We are looking for experienced Collection Agents to join our team!
Position: Collection Agent
Industry: Collections / Third-Party Collections
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3 years of collection experience
Third-Party Collection experience is a plus
Experience handling collection portfolios, preferably 2020–2024 accounts
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to follow up with customers and secure payment arrangements
Goal-oriented and able to work independently
