About the role
Full-Time
Monday–Friday | Available shifts:
8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
4:00 PM–1:00 AM ET
Both shifts include a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Healthcare or medical experience and familiarity with medical terminology
Confident inbound call handling and clear English communication
Ability to assess requests, route calls, and relay messages accurately
Strong organization, follow-through, and comfort working with physicians and multiple teams
FOCUS:
Serve as a communication link between radiologists, clinics, hospitals, technical teams, and internal departments. Manage calls, escalate urgent requests, and support daily operations.
RADIOLOGY OR TELERADIOLOGY EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED.
Grasshopper or similar phone-system experience is a plus.
