About the role

Nights / Weekends / Holidays
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Answer and triage after-hours clinical calls
Perform telephonic assessments
Determine when urgent visits or interventions are needed
Escalate emergency cases to the on-call nurse
Coordinate with on-call nurses and administrators
Document all assessments and actions in the EMRS
💪 Who You Are
Excellent English communication with minimal accent
Quick learner and strong ability to follow healthcare assessment and escalation processes
Comfortable working independently in a remote triage role
Available to work Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
