1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VA Workers PH at vaworkersph.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. About VA Workers PH

VA Workers PH is a job board connecting Filipino virtual assistants and remote workers with employers and clients from around the world. We list job opportunities but are not a party to any employment agreement between job seekers and employers. We also provide resume tools ("Rewrite Resume" and "Create Resume") that help you build and optimize your resume using AI.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person is allowed
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Job Listings

VA Workers PH does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any job listing. We strongly encourage job seekers to verify the legitimacy of any employer before sharing personal information or accepting payment arrangements. VA Workers PH is not responsible for any disputes between job seekers and employers.

5. Resume Tools, Credits, and Payments

Rewrite Resume and Create Resume are provided in partnership with ResumeWorker and use the same underlying credit system. New accounts receive 1 free credit. Using these tools beyond your free credit requires purchasing additional credits, which are consumed per use (for example, rewriting a resume or downloading a PDF). Credits do not expire. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are processed by our third-party payment provider.

You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you upload or generate through these tools. By using them, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service (for example, generating a rewritten resume or PDF).

Refunds:

• These are digital products delivered instantly, so this section covers refunds only, not physical returns.
• If you purchased credits and have not used them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date by emailing us at [email protected].
• Credits that have already been used are non-refundable, since the service has already been delivered.
• If you purchased a credit pack and only used some of the credits within 7 days of purchase, we may issue a partial refund for the unused portion at our discretion.
• If a technical issue prevented you from receiving the service you paid for (for example, a failed generation that still consumed a credit), contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, restore the credit or issue a refund.
• To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and the date of purchase. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days, and approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

6. No Employment Guarantee; AI-Generated Content

Our resume tools help you create and optimize a resume, but we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes of any kind. Content generated by AI (including rewritten resumes, cover letters, and suggested edits) may contain errors and should be reviewed by you before use. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information in your final resume.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Use the site to spam or harass other users
• Scrape or copy job listings without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or bypass credit limits or security controls on the resume tools
• Submit content to the resume tools that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others, or generate a resume containing false or misleading information intended to deceive employers
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

8. Email Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive emails from VA Workers PH related to your account, job alerts, and platform updates. From time to time, these emails may include sponsored content or promotions from third-party partners relevant to job seekers and remote workers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out of non-essential communications (including sponsored content) at any time while still receiving essential account-related notices (e.g. password resets).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on VA Workers PH, including the logo, design, and text, is owned by VA Workers PH. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

VA Workers PH and its resume tools are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times, that job listings will lead to employment, or that the resume tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated content will be entirely accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

VA Workers PH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, any job listing found on the site, or the resume tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to the resume tools shall not exceed the amount you paid us for credits in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the site at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
