WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations, Order Management, or Branded Merchandise
Experience with ASI, SAGE, ESP, Commonsku, Syncore, Trello, Print Production, Promotional Products, or Similar Industries is a major advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience handling customer orders, inquiries, and order-related processes is preferred
