Are you confident handling busy patient phone lines, managing medical records, and supporting U.S. healthcare practices?
GoLean Health has 2 openings for Virtual Medical Assistants supporting a growing pulmonology practice with three clinic locations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient-facing communication and back-office medical administration.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Answering patient calls, responding to inquiries, and coordinating appointment-related requests
Processing medical records requests from patients, insurance companies, and referring providers
Documenting and routing patient communications while coordinating with clinic and billing teams
YOU COULD BE A STRONG FIT IF YOU:
Have at least 1 year of U.S. healthcare Virtual Medical Assistant experience
Have hands-on experience with patient calls, medical records, or related clinical administrative workflows
Understand patient confidentiality, HIPAA, and U.S. medical office procedures
Can confidently manage multiple priorities in a busy remote healthcare environment
Familiarity with AthenaHealth EMR or pulmonology workflows is preferred!
