WE’RE HIRING: Solar Design, Quoting & Appointment Coordinator VA
We’re looking for an experienced Solar VA to support an established Australian solar & electrical business.
You’ll handle new leads from first contact through solar design, quoting and appointment booking, freeing the sales team to focus on customers.
What you’ll do
• Answer calls and respond to online solar enquiries
• Enter and manage leads in simPRO
• Design residential solar & battery systems in Pylon Observer
• Create quotes with equipment & labour in simPRO
• Book site visits directly into the sales schedule
• Follow up leads by phone & email
• Assist with finance, network, STC & warranty paperwork
Must-have
• Hands-on experience designing residential solar PV + battery systems for Australian customers
• Experience with solar system layouts, panel/string design & cable runs
• Solar quoting experience — simPRO strongly preferred
• Confident speaking with Australian homeowners and qualifying leads
• Excellent spoken & written English
• Video introduction required
• Reliable internet + backup connection/power + good computer
• Available during Adelaide business hours
Nice to have: Pylon Observer, electrical engineering background, Sungrow/GoodWe/Tesla/Sigenergy experience, STC/network paperwork, SolarQuotes, AroFlo/ServiceM8/Tradify.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, Adelaide business hours. Approx. 6:30am–3pm Manila during Australian daylight saving. Occasional Saturday work may be required.
