About the role

Location: Remote — Philippines
Position: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time
Shift: Must be comfortable working the graveyard shift
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain AI-powered systems
Work with Voice AI, LLMs, telephony, APIs, and automation
Troubleshoot technical issues and improve existing systems
Test and document system updates
Collaborate with the team on development projects
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Strong programming and problem-solving skills
Experience with Voice AI, LLMs, or conversational AI
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integrations
Knowledge of telephony and automation platforms is a plus
Strong communication, documentation, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
