MAC + GOOGLE WORKSPACE EXPERIENCE IMPORTANT!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provide first-line IT support to MSP clients
Troubleshoot desktop, software, hardware & network issues
Support Macs, PCs, smartphones & cloud services
Work with Google Workspace & Microsoft environments
Communicate directly with clients and resolve technical issues
Manage tickets from start to resolution
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
Mac/macOS experience
Google Workspace experience
Strong communication & customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Team player with strong attention to detail
NICE TO HAVE:
3+ years IT support experience, MSP experience, Microsoft environment knowledge, hardware/networking experience.
