Title: T-CPT-11580 GoHighLevel Automation & Funnel Virtual Assistant
Independent Contractor – T-CPT-11580 GoHighLevel Automation & Funnel Virtual Assistant/Technical VA/Junior-Advanced (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
A global peak-performance and mindset coaching company is seeking an experienced Technical VA to take ownership of the backend systems supporting its marketing, digital products, and launches.
The immediate priorities are cleaning and organizing the existing GoHighLevel CRM, correcting contact tags and segmentation, maintaining healthy email lists, and building dependable automations and nurture flows. The VA will also support funnels, launch workflows, payment integrations, technical documentation, and related systems as the business scales.
The role will work closely with the Marketing VA to ensure public-facing marketing activity and backend automation operate together effectively.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
GoHighLevel & CRM Management
- Manage and maintain the GoHighLevel environment
- Clean and organize contacts, lists, tags, and segmentation
- Properly manage unsubscribed contacts and database hygiene
- Build and maintain workflows, triggers, campaigns, and automations
- Create and maintain ongoing email nurture sequences
- Troubleshoot CRM and automation issues
- Test workflows before campaigns and launches go live
Funnels & Launch Support
- Build and maintain landing pages, forms, funnels, upsells, and downsells
- Support priority waitlists, open-cart sequences, and ongoing nurture flows
- Connect forms and funnels to appropriate CRM workflows
- Support technical setup and testing for digital product launches
- Assist with course-hosting and related digital-product systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot launch-related technical issues
Technical Operations & Documentation
- Support Stripe and PayPal integrations and testing
- Assist with Zoom setup and technical support for live online sessions
- Make technical website updates as directed
- Coordinate with the Marketing VA on lead capture, campaigns, and social-to-CRM workflows
- Participate in relevant team meetings and track technical action items
- Maintain and update SOPs for GoHighLevel, funnels, automations, and recurring technical processes
- Track and report relevant technical, funnel, and campaign KPIs
- Provide regular progress and task updates through ClickUp
- Maintain organized technical documentation
- Use AI tools to improve automation, troubleshooting, and workflow efficiency
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- Advanced GoHighLevel experience required
- CRM workflow and automation experience required
- Funnel and landing-page experience required
- Email automation, tagging, and segmentation experience required
- Digital product launch experience strongly preferred
- Contact database cleanup and list-management experience strongly preferred
- Stripe / PayPal integration experience preferred
- ClickUp experience preferred
- Course-platform experience is a plus
- Strong AI fluency required
- Strong documentation and SOP-development skills preferred

Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours (Hours may increase based on technical and launch workload)
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
- Daily Working Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement

- LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English
- ACCENT PREFERENCE: Level A-C (Strong Written and Spoken English Required)
