About the role
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of Data Engineering experience, preferably supporting enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Databricks.
Strong hands-on experience with PySpark / Apache Spark.
Advanced proficiency in SQL.
Demonstrated experience building and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines.
Experience working with Delta Lake and data lake/lakehouse architectures.
Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience integrating data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, cloud storage, and flat files.
Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data architecture concepts.
Experience troubleshooting production data pipelines and resolving performance or data-quality issues.
Experience with Git or other source-control tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
