Are you an experienced Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online (QBO) expertise? Join SmartScale360 and support growing U.S.-based franchise businesses by maintaining accurate financial records, managing reconciliations, and preparing timely financial reports in a fully remote environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Perform bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations
Process payroll journal entries and month-end journal adjustments
Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and other financial reports
Support month-end close and maintain accurate financial records
Communicate with U.S. franchise owners regarding financial and bookkeeping inquiries
Assist with compliance documentation, insurance audits, and tax preparation support
Provide administrative and operational support as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience supporting U.S. businesses
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting
Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and general ledger management
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
Strong English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts while meeting deadlines in a remote environment
Reliable work-from-home setup
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Franchise or multi-location business accounting
ServiceMinder or similar field service management software
Insurance audits, tax documentation, and accounting compliance
Supporting multiple legal entities or business units
