Hi, I'm Nicole — owner of She Sails Travel and new kids brand She Sails Travel Just for Kids.
I'm a travel advisor, content creator, stroke survivor, wife and mom to 3 teens based in Texas. My brand is She Sails Travel — we help women 40+ cruise smarter and travel deeper. I cruise first so you cruise better.
I need a tech-savvy VA who loves travel and knows AI tools to run my 12 income streams on autopilot. This is NOT just posting — this is building a monetization system.
This is a long-term role 15-20 hrs/week to start, growing to 30 hrs.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN — 12 STREAMS:
1. Travel Advisor Booking Funnel
- Build custom travel proposals in Canva using my ChatGPT itinerary prompts
- Update shesailstravel.com buttons to Tally link
2. Instagram — Monetize
- Schedule 3 Reels/week via Metricool (Mon/Wed/Fri 7pm CST) from content bank
- Set up + manage ManyChat keywords: PACK, GUIDE, ALLINCLUSIVE — auto DM Amazon links, free guide, Tally form
- Use OpusClip to turn 1 long YouTube video into 5 Reels with captions
3. Facebook Page + Group
- Repurpose every IG Reel to Facebook Reel (native upload)
- Manage Facebook Group: "She Sails Travel Community — Women 40+ Who Sail" — invite commenters, daily prompt via ChatGPT
- Schedule 1x/month StreamYard live Q&A to FB + YouTube
4. TikTok @shesailstravel
- Post daily 1 hack via Metricool/ CapCut
- Pin top 3 videos, add shesailstravel.com to description
- Track views/likes in Notion
5. YouTube Long Form — Main Channel
- Edit raw footage in Descript (remove filler, add captions)
- Create thumbnail in Canva (my face + ship + big text)
- Use VidIQ for title/description/tags
- Upload + schedule 4 videos/month
- Use OpusClip to cut 5 Shorts per long video
6-9. NEW BRAND: She Sails Travel Just For Kids — LAUNCH
- Create brand kit in Canva: @shesailstravelkids on IG, YouTube Kids, TikTok
- Produce 2 videos/week using Canva slides + ChatGPT scripts + ElevenLabs AI voice: topics like "What is a Passport?", "Plane Manners", "Hello Around the World"
- Build coloring book in Canva (30 pages: Pack Your Suitcase, Airport Manners, Caribbean Map, Find the Salt) → Upload to Amazon KDP via Book Bolt
- Create Activity Pack PDF $17 for Etsy + Teachers Pay Teachers
- List products on Stan Store "Just for Kids" section with auto email delivery

- Create 3 Pinterest pins per blog in Canva → schedule via Tailwind
12. Email Automation
- Build 7-email welcome sequence in ConvertKit (I will provide copy, you build automation)
- Tag system: inquiry, buyer, kids, all-inclusive, cruise
- Ensure free guide delivery is instant
