We are building a portfolio of lead-generation websites using the Rank & Rent business model. We are looking for a skilled Local SEO Specialist to build and optimize local service websites from scratch.
The job will be to:
- Build, optimize, and publish 40-page local service websites.
- Research niches, cities, keywords, and competitors to identify ranking opportunities.
- Structure websites using proper silos, service pages, and internal linking.
- Optimize AI-generated content to make it natural, useful, and SEO-friendly.
- Implement technical SEO, on-page optimization, and foundational off-page SEO.
- Handle basic domain setup, Cloudflare DNS, and lead-tracking integrations.
- Communicate clearly and complete tasks independently.
The right applicant will:
- Have experience with Local SEO and local service websites.
- Understand keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent.
- Know how to optimize website structure, content, metadata, and internal links.
- Understand technical SEO, indexing, and website performance.
- Be familiar with WordPress, Cloudflare, and SEO tools.
- Be detail-oriented and willing to explain their SEO decisions.
