About the role

Onboarding Specialist (Sales)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with an Australian accounting firm or serving Australian accounting clients.
- 4–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or client onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation, including tax returns, BAS/GST, TFN, ABN, and ATO compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Xero Tax, Xero Practice Manager, ATO Online Services for Agents, and HubSpot.
- Confident in conducting video calls and using CRM and practice management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Empathetic and patient, with the ability to handle stressed or unresponsive clients professionally.
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks, prioritise deadlines, and work independently.
Offer:
Equipment + Internet Allowance + 15days PTO.
Salary: 70k to 80k/ month
