About the role
WE ARE HIRING: REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Salary: PHP 50,000/month
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Acquisition Specialist with a background in real estate wholesaling and strong marketing, negotiation, and communication skills.
In this role, you will identify potential deals, connect with property owners, negotiate favorable terms, and support the acquisition and disposition of wholesale properties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
• Identify and contact potential property sellers, cash buyers, and real estate investors.
• Conduct marketing and lead generation to source real estate wholesaling opportunities.
• Negotiate property prices and contract terms with sellers.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
• Follow up consistently with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records of negotiations and deal progress.
• Assist with evaluating potential deals and coordinating transactions.
• Proven experience in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or real estate sales is required.
• Strong marketing, lead generation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with a native or near-native American accent for communicating with U.S. property owners and investors.
• Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and lead management tools is an advantage.
• Results-driven, proactive, and available to work the specified EST schedule.
