About the role

Fully Remote – Philippines
Part-time | Approx. 20 hours/week
Monday–Friday, within Australian business hours
36,000-40,000php/month
We’re looking for a senior, proactive, and highly organised VA to join a growing Australian-based business.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong operations & admin experience (minimum of 3 years)
• Senior-level judgement and attention to detail
• Airtable experience – required
• Claude / AI tools & automation experience – highly regarded
• Experience with systems, SOPs and process improvement
• Background in marketing, creative, content, events or similar
• Proactive, Fast, accurate and comfortable managing multiple priorities
