About the role
Remote Transaction Coordinator VA (Wholesale Real Estate)
Looking for 2-3 experienced Transaction Coordinator VAs to manage wholesale & novation deals from contract to close.
$5.50-$6.80/hr + $50 per closed deal
Experienced Wholesale TCs ONLY
Not for general VAs. If you haven't cleared title, handled liens, worked with U.S. title companies, or managed novation deals-this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage transactions from contract to close (cash & novation)
Coordinate with U.S. title companies, buyers, sellers & attorneys
Clear title issues, follow up on documents, and meet deadlines
Handle multiple files with accuracy and urgency
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven TC experience in wholesale real estate
Experience with novation deals
Strong English (written & spoken)
Highly organized, detail-driven, and reliable
