Medical Virtual Assistant - Behavioral Health
$5-$6 USD/hour | Part-Time, 20 hours/week
Monday-Friday | Eastern Time
Preferred coverage: 9:00-11:00 AM and 2:00-4:00 PM ET
Remote - Philippines
What we're looking for:
Experience with new patient intake and scheduling
Strong email and administrative inbox management
Careful follow-up on missing patient forms and insurance paperwork
Ability to coordinate with an external biller
Clear writing, attention to detail, and independent follow-through
Focus: Respond to new patient inquiries, schedule intakes, track paperwork, support copay follow-ups, organize the inbox, and handle occasional calls and faxes.
TherapyNotes and behavioral health experience are highly preferred. Experience with a similar EHR/EMR may also be considered.
