WE'RE HIRING: RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit and interview therapists for a growing healthcare team.
Position: Recruitment Specialist
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 10 AM-6 PM EST
Work: Remote | Full-Time
What You'll Do
Conduct high-volume candidate interviews
Source candidates through Indeed & other platforms
Screen and identify top talent quickly
Present and sell the company & opportunity to candidates
Manage candidate follow-ups and recruitment pipelines
Coordinate qualified candidates with management
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales experience
Has excellent, professional English communication skills
Is confident, persuasive, and great at building rapport
Can handle multiple candidates and interviews at once
Is proactive, organized, and fast-paced
Healthcare/therapist recruiting experience is a big plus!
