WE ARE HIRING Listing & Guest Coordinator
We are currently looking for experienced candidates for a remote Listing & Guest Coordinator role.
The position involves managing property listings and guest communications across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia.
Key responsibilities:
• Creating and updating property listings
• Keeping descriptions, photos, calendars and rates accurate
• Responding to guest enquiries and booking requests
• Monitoring reviews and escalating issues when needed
• Managing listing-related tasks independently in a remote environment
Requirements:
At least 1–2 years of experience in similar responsibilities, such as short-term rentals, property management, guest services, hospitality or listing management
Strong written English
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable computer and internet connection
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Experience using Airbnb, Booking . com, Vrbo or Expedia
