WE’RE HIRING: INVENTORY CONTROL COORDINATOR
Remote | Supporting Australia & New Zealand
Starting salary: PHP 60,000/month, depending on experience
Are you detail-oriented and experienced in inventory management? Join our team and help keep stock records accurate, monitor inventory levels, and support smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies
Monitor stock levels and replenishment needs
Coordinate purchase orders, deliveries, and receiving
Process inventory transfers, returns, and adjustments
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
Prepare inventory reports and track slow-moving stock
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, operations, and suppliers
Requirements:
Experience in inventory control, stock management, or supply chain operations
Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (D365 and Mainchain is a plus)
Proficiency in Excel, Pivot Tables, or Google Sheets
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
