About the role
We're looking for a highly experienced Home Care Virtual Assistant who understands the entire operation of a home care agency—from beginning to end!
We're developing a custom home care management platform and need someone with extensive hands-on operational experience to collaborate with our web developer.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Extensive experience in home care agency operations
Client referrals, intake, onboarding, care plans, and discharge
Caregiver recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and management
Medicaid authorizations, EVV, billing, and payroll
Compliance, documentation, quality assurance, and administrative workflows
Experience using Alora, WellSky, HHAeXchange, or similar platforms
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain operational workflows step by step
YOUR ROLE:
Work directly with our web developer to help design a custom home care management system that supports the entire agency lifecycle.
No coding or software development experience required. We're looking for someone who knows home care operations inside and out.
