About the Role
JSC Staffing is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Remote Home Services CSR to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate has experience working with home-service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage doors, roofing, or similar industries and is confident handling customer calls, scheduling appointments, and managing customer information through CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests
Schedule and coordinate service appointments
Confirm, reschedule, and update customer appointments
Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the CRM
Communicate with technicians and service teams when needed
Provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction
Follow company procedures and scheduling guidelines
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while working remotely
Qualifications
Previous experience in Home Services, such as:
HVAC
Plumbing
Electrical
Garage Doors
Roofing
Other home-service industries
Excellent English communication, pronunciation, and clarity
