About the role
Lighthouse Realty is looking for an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Agent (Virtual Assistant) fluent in both Spanish and English to support our property management team in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley and Berks County.
This role is ideal for someone with residential leasing experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with AppFolio. If you're confident handling prospect calls, following up with leads, and assisting applicants throughout the rental process, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective tenants in English and Spanish
• Follow up with rental leads, answer property inquiries, and schedule showings
• Pre-qualify prospects based on rental criteria and coordinate next steps
• Guide applicants through the rental application and screening process using AppFolio
• Verify employment and rental history and track application progress
• Maintain accurate leasing records, guest cards, and lead statuses in AppFolio
• Coordinate lease signing, deposits, and move-in schedules
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company screening policies
Requirements
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written
• At least 1 year of residential leasing experience
• At least 1 year of hands-on AppFolio experience
• Strong phone communication, customer service, and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of rental applications, tenant screening, and Fair Housing practices
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads efficiently

Work Setup
• Remote, full-time position
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
- Occasional Saturday coverage during peak leasing season
