Schedule: Must be available to work during U.S. business hours

IMPORTANT: Previous U.S. insurance experience is REQUIRED. Applicants without U.S. insurance experience will not be considered.
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative VA who has previous experience working with U.S. insurance agencies, brokers, or insurance-related businesses.
The ideal candidate is familiar with U.S. insurance terminology and workflows and can confidently handle administrative tasks, client communication, documentation, follow-ups, and record keeping.
Responsibilities
Manage emails, documents, and administrative tasks
Maintain and update client information and records
Organize insurance policies and documentation
Communicate and follow up with clients, carriers, and other parties
Track renewals, requests, pending items, and deadlines
Assist with policy servicing and general insurance administration
Maintain accurate information in CRM/AMS systems
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Provide day-to-day administrative support
Requirements
Previous U.S. insurance experience is REQUIRED
Experience working for a U.S. insurance agency, brokerage, or related company
Good understanding of U.S. insurance terminology and processes
Excellent written and verbal English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with CRM/AMS platforms
Comfortable using Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
Must be available during U.S. business hours
