About the role
Do you have claims, warranty, or insurance admin experience? TruAssistant, a Canadian company, is hiring Warranty Claims Representatives in the Philippines to work from home for a Canadian vehicle warranty company.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Process vehicle warranty repair claims from start to finish
- Check claim documents, repair details, and coverage, and keep records accurate
- Follow up with repair shops, dealers, and customers by phone and email
- Answer questions about claim status clearly and professionally
- Keep every claim updated in the claims system
PAY
- $5.50-7.00 CAD per hour, plus bonuses
- Approx. PHP 42,600-54,200/month for full time (approximate; paid in CAD, so the PHP amount moves with the exchange rate)
- Paid via Deel on the 1st and 15th
SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday, 10AM-6PM Eastern Time (Toronto time)
- Philippine time: 10PM-6AM until Nov 1, then 11PM-7AM from Nov 2
- Long-term role
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in claims processing, warranty, insurance admin, or structured back-office work
- Strong attention to detail and good at following a process
- B2 or higher spoken English and clear written English
- Comfortable on the phone and email with Canadian dealers and customers
- Your own reliable computer and stable internet
NICE TO HAVE
- Vehicle or auto warranty claims experience (a big plus)
- Customer service experience
- Collections experience
