Hiring: Team Leader Virtual Assistant (Remote)
We're looking for an experienced, proactive VA to lead our remote support team and keep operations running smoothly!
What you'll do:
Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of VAs
Delegate tasks, set priorities, and track team performance
Create workflows, SOPs, and training materials
Act as the main point of contact between clients and the team
Handle escalations and ensure quality standards are met
What we're looking for:
2+ years VA experience, with 1+ year in a lead/supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Able to work overlapping hours with [US/UK/AU] timezone
Calm under pressure and great at giving feedback
