WE'RE HIRING! TEAM LEAD - MEDICAL VA OPERATIONS

Full-Time | 100% Remote
We're looking for a hands-on Medical VA Team Lead who has actually done the work-not someone who has only managed people who do it.
You'll lead 12-15 Medical VAs, focusing on coaching, performance, quality, accountability & development.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Supervise, coach & develop 12-15 Medical VAs
Conduct documented coaching twice monthly
Monitor attendance, performance & quality
Address performance issues early
Build development plans & support cross-skilling
Partner with Senior Team Leads on Project Bench interviews
Maintain coaching logs, records & SOPs
Internal-facing role. Client calls, pricing & client relationship management remain with leadership.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years hands-on Medical VA experience with US-based healthcare clients
Experience across 3+ areas:
Clinical documentation / scribing
Scheduling, intake & care coordination
Insurance verification / prior authorization
Referral & authorization management
Billing, claims, denials & RCM
Home health / OASIS / compliance
Front-office & patient communication
2+ years direct coaching experience as Team Lead, Supervisor or Trainer
Experience managing individual performance outcomes
Knowledge of 2+ EHR/EMR platforms such as Axxess, WellSky/Kinnser, eClinicalWorks, athenahealth, Epic, Tebra/Kareo or equivalent
Strong HIPAA & PHI knowledge
Excellent English communication
Proactive mindset-you bring the problem, recommendation & risk.

10:00 PM-6:00 AM PHT
8 hours/day | 5 days/week
100% Remote | Philippines
Performance review: 6 months after hire, then annually
