WE'RE HIRING: Solar Project Manager (Remote)
Are you insanely detail-oriented, proactive, and obsessed with keeping projects moving smoothly? We are a fast-growing solar company looking for a reliable Solar Project Manager to take projects from sales directly through Notice to Proceed (NTP) and installation.
If you are a master problem-solver who catches mistakes before they cause delays, we want you on our team!
Tools, Software & Tech Experience Needed
Project Management / CRM: Experience with Monday.com (or similar tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or HubSpot) to manage workflows, track statuses, and keep notes organized.
Communication Channels: Comfortable using phone, text, and email tools for daily customer outreach and follow-ups.
General Tech Proficiency: Able to quickly learn specialized solar management software, digital documentation processes, and industry terminology.
Important Qualifications
Languages: Strong English skills (Fluent) - both verbal and written communication must be top-tier.
Customer-Facing Experience: Comfortable speaking directly with customers to collect required documents and resolve stipulations.
Detail-Oriented & Proactive: Highly sharp eyes for catching missing information or bottlenecks without needing hand-holding.
Experience (A Plus): Background in Solar or Home Improvement, project management, operations, or high-volume customer support.
Schedule & Compensation
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PST) (Must be consistently available during these exact hours)
Pay: $7.00 / hour
Your Main Goal
Keep projects moving! You'll review project files, clear stipulations, communicate with customers, and ensure everything is 100% ready for the installation crew.
