About the role
We are looking for an experienced STR (Short-Term Rental) Virtual Assistant / Operations specialist.
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time. Must be available to cover weekends and rotating shifts to align with European/Portugal time zones.
Requirements: Comfortable using Time Doctor with screencast monitoring. Comfortable with background checks. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Short-Term Rental (STR) or vacation rental operations role. Excellent written English. Fully remote-ready setup: reliable high-speed internet, noise-free environment, and a professional workspace. Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct booking platform operations. Familiarity with dynamic pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse). Basic understanding of Portugal's Alojamento Local (AL) licensing framework. Experience managing multi-property portfolios (5+ properties). Exposure to luxury or boutique STR properties. Experience with Guesty, Breezeway, or Duve.
