URGENT HIRING: AIRBNB PRICING STRATEGIST
We’re looking for an experienced STR Pricing Strategist to manage pricing and maximise revenue across a property portfolio.
Full-time | UK Business Hours
£7 GBP/hour - based on experience & proven results
YOU’LL HANDLE:
Occupancy, ADR & booking pace analysis
PriceLabs pricing, rules & overrides
Competitor & market analysis
Minimum stays, gap-filling & LOS optimisation
Identifying and fixing underperforming properties
KPI tracking & reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven hands-on STR pricing/revenue experience
• Strong PriceLabs, Beyond or Wheelhouse experience
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Proven results improving revenue or occupancy
• Self-directed and performance-focused
