About the role

Looking for SPANISH and ENGLISH speaking VA
We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate on the phone and virtually (text / email / whatsapp).
The pain point is most spanish speaking clients do not use computers, and take photos of documents to share. They are elderly, and have a lot of cash that needs to be sourced. We can resolve by providing clear cut instructions and support. This also includes doing a zoom call to share screen and help navigate to provide documentation. It includes including the realtor in communications, so professionalism is key.
Everything can be taught, and it is a scripted process. Need someone who can be focused, confident, and someone who is good at giving tough news.
