WE'RE HIRING! MEDICAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (NURSING BACKGROUND REQUIRED)
24/7 Exceptional Care Ltd, a UK-based healthcare provider, is looking for a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant with a Nursing Background to join our growing team!
Starting Salary: £700 per month
Salary Review: Salary increase assessment as early as 4 weeks, depending on demonstrated expertise, skills, and performance.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (London Time)
Philippine Time Equivalent:
4:00 PM – 1:00 AM PHT during British Summer Time (BST)
5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PHT during Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with clients, carers, and the management team.
Create, review, and update individualized care plans.
Conduct audits to ensure care documentation is accurate and up to date.
Review and update daily care notes.
Assist with healthcare documentation, record management, and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with the care team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other healthcare-related administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
NURSING BACKGROUND IS ESSENTIAL / REQUIRED.
Previous nursing or clinical experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong understanding of care plans, clinical documentation, and healthcare procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital tools.
Must have a stable and reliable internet connection, with a backup internet/Wi-Fi connection available in case of outages.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and multitask effectively.
Previous experience as a Medical VA or familiarity with UK healthcare is an advantage.
