Clinical Documentation Reviewer (Quality Assurance) – ABA

About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Documentation Reviewer to review ABA session notes for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information. This person will prepare clear summaries of needed corrections and assist with drafting amendment notes for review, following internal guidelines.
The ideal candidate has excellent written English and reading comprehension, can follow detailed review standards, and stays accurate when reviewing a high volume of notes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written English and reading comprehension
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing or inconsistent information
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused work
  • Previous healthcare documentation or quality assurance experience preferred; ABA experience is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information carefully and follow established processes
Compensation: Salary is based on qualifications.
