About the role
Wonder Library is a young Ed-tech startup building a small outreach team to introduce our product to childcare centres in New Zealand. Looking for a coordinator to help recruit, onboard, and manage a small group of outreach interns.
What you'll do:
Recruit and screen interns from applicant pools we provide
Assign leads and track basic performance metrics
Run onboarding for new interns (CRM + call scripts)
Report hours/tasks daily, consolidated weekly report
Looking for:
Experience coordinating or managing a small remote team (sales, VA, or BPO background a plus)
Comfortable with CRM tools (we train on Bitrix24)
Reliable, organised, able to work independently
Not a high-pressure sales environment — we don't use hype or urgency tactics with our outreach, and we're looking for someone comfortable with that approach.
