We are seeking a reliable and experienced Leasing & Lead Management Assistant with direct property management experience, hands-on experience with leasing software, and strong communication and follow-up skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and follow up with leasing leads and prospective residents
Make outbound and follow-up calls and respond to leasing inquiries
Post and update property listings
Manage listings using Zillow and Tenant Turner
Process rental applications according to company standards
Track leads, applications, and follow-ups to ensure no opportunities are missed
Assist with daily leasing and property management tasks
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Previous property management experience — required
Hands-on experience with RentVine, Zillow, and Tenant Turner — required
Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
Comfortable making phone calls and managing multiple leads and applications
Able to accurately and consistently process rental applications and maintain property listings
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:
Current, reliable computer/laptop capable of handling all required software and daily tasks
Noise-canceling headset suitable for professional calls
Quiet, professional work environment with minimal background noise and distractions
Backup power solution for power interruptions
Backup internet connection in case the primary connection fails
Reliable internet with a stable connection throughout scheduled work hours
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION:
Initial 3-Month Probationary Period:
$5/hour
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM
80 hours/pay period
$400/month
Start ASAP
After 3 Months:
Potential transition to full-time after probationary review
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch break
160 hours/pay period
$800/month
