Not just scrolling through profiles, but actually knowing where to look, how to reach out, and how to get the right people interested?
My company is currently looking for Resource Planners – Interpreter Recruitment to help us expand our network of professional interpreters across the UK.
You’ll be sourcing and connecting with potential interpreters through social media, professional networks, community groups, referrals, direct outreach, and headhunting, while also helping candidates through screening and onboarding.
We’re open to candidates with backgrounds in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, sales, business development, community engagement, or similar people-focused roles. Strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to build relationships with people from different backgrounds are important.
One of the positions will specifically focus on recruiting and onboarding remote Telephone and Video Interpreters.
