WE’RE HIRING: Remote Guest Services Specialist – Voice and Text
100% Remote | Metro Manila and Cebu Only
Supporting short-term rental operators with top-notch guest communication and property management services. This role combines technology, customer service, and problem-solving in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, and OTA messaging (Airbnb/VRBO)
Short term rental experience
• Handle bookings, reservations, and guest complaints efficiently
• Coordinate with Property Managers, Owners, and vendors
• Maintain guest communication templates and FAQs
• Provide feedback to improve processes and partner satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Metro Manila-based
Experience in guest services, reservations, or short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO experience required)
Familiarity with PMS systems
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Willing to work weekends and US time zones
Technical Requirements:
• Minimum 30 Mbps wired internet
• i5 8th Gen or higher, 8GB RAM
• Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher
• Quiet home office, headset and webcam
• Backup solution for internet/power interruptions
