About the role

We're a growing U.S.-based home services company looking for a reliable, upbeat Account Representative to keep our customer accounts current and well cared for.
Schedule: 20 hours/week, flexible within Mon–Fri, 10 AM–6 PM Eastern Time (minimum 4 hours per working day)
Opportunity to move to full-time based on performance. Paid training provided.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Call and email customers about past-due balances, declined cards, and missed payments
Keep customer contact and billing records accurate and up to date
Follow up on estimates and convert accepted ones into scheduled services
Reach out to past seasonal customers to get them back on the schedule
Log all activity, send a short end-of-day report, and track hours in Clockify
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong spoken and written English
Comfortable making outbound calls, including payment conversations
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a headset
Customer service, collections, or call center experience is a plus
