NYS TITLE INSURANCE & RECORDING SPECIALIST
Salary: PHP 45,000/month
Schedule: Full-Time | 8 Hours/Day | 5 Days/Week
Working Hours: EST
Work Setup: Remote
We are seeking an experienced NYS Title Insurance & Recording Specialist with hands-on knowledge of New York State title insurance and recording processes. This role requires someone who can work independently with minimal training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous NYS title insurance and title recording experience is REQUIRED.
• Prepare, review, and submit recordable documents through ACRIS and Simplifile.
• Track recording submissions, resolve rejections or discrepancies, and follow through to completion.
• Perform reconciliation and maintain accurate records using TrackerPro or similar title software.
• Must have strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines independently.
• Must be available to work EST hours, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.
