WE’RE LOOKING FOR A NOWCERTS TRAINER
Remote | California-Based Insurance Agency
Our California-based insurance agency is looking for an experienced NowCerts Professional/Trainer to train our insurance operations team and help us maximize our use of the NowCerts system.
We are specifically looking for someone with extensive hands-on experience with NowCerts who can provide practical, step-by-step training based on real insurance agency workflows.
WHAT WE NEED
The trainer will help our team improve their knowledge and usage of NowCerts, including:
Policy setup and management
Client and account management
Renewals and renewal workflows
Tasks, activities, and follow-ups
Certificates and policy documents
Commercial and personal lines workflows
Quoting and binding workflow management
Agency workflows and best practices
Reporting and organization
Improving efficiency and reducing manual work
Troubleshooting common NowCerts issues
Best practices for keeping agency records accurate and organized
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for someone who:
Has extensive professional experience using NowCerts
Has trained insurance agents, CSRs, producers, or agency staff before
Understands how NowCerts is used in an actual insurance agency environment
Can demonstrate practical workflows rather than only provide basic software instructions
Can identify opportunities to improve our current processes
Is comfortable conducting live, remote training sessions
Has strong communication and teaching skills
Insurance agency experience is strongly preferred
