About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Bot Operator / Technical VA to join our growing ticketing business on a full-time, long-term basis.
We need someone who has hands-on experience using bots and automation software for ticket releases, sneakers, retail drops, or similar high-demand releases. You should be comfortable working with different tools, managing accounts and proxies, and troubleshooting issues when things don’t go as planned.
The role involves helping us secure tickets during on sales, running bots for restocks, managing event sign-ups, and handling the technical side of our day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Running bots during ticket on sales and restocks.
- Monitoring releases and reacting quickly when issues come up.
- Managing event sign-ups and registrations.
- Setting up and managing proxies, accounts, and bot configurations.
- Troubleshooting errors, failed checkouts, and other technical issues.
- Using AYCD Mail Inbox for email and account management.
- Working with servers, remote environments, and multiple accounts.
- Providing general technical support to the team.
- Helping improve our workflows and making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
What we’re looking for
- Previous hands-on experience with ticketing, sneaker, or retail bots.
- Experience using AYCD Mail Inbox.
- A good understanding of proxies, accounts, and automation tools.
- Experience working during busy on sales and high-demand releases.
