About the role

Medical Virtual Assistant – Primary Care & Patient Coordination
$5–$6 USD/hour; $6–$8 USD/hour for Spanish-bilingual candidates
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Eastern Time
LATAM or Philippines
• Manage patient calls, scheduling, and records for a busy primary care practice.
• Verify insurance and coordinate prior authorizations.
• Primary care experience is preferred; Tebra EHR and Spanish are a plus.
