About the role

A luxury short-term rental company is looking for an all-round Operations VA to join their team, and we'd love to help you get there.
This isn't just answering messages. You'd be the calm, polished voice guests rely on, and the person who keeps every stay running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll do:
Handle guest messages and inquiries across Airbnb, VRBO and direct bookings using Hospitable
Monitor reservations, alerts and reviews
Coordinate turnovers, cleaners, quality checks and maintenance using Hospitable and Monday.com
Log property issues and follow up until they're resolved
Complete daily checklists and end-of-day reports
Support listing and photo updates, owner communication, social media and email campaigns
You'd be a great fit if you have fluent English, you're detail-oriented and reliable, and you stay calm when things get busy. Experience with STR guest communication, Hospitable or Monday.com is a big plus, but if you don't have it yet, tell us about the similar experience you do have!
