Full-Time
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PDT
Occasional weekend work may be needed as the practice grows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
U.S. healthcare billing and revenue cycle management experience
Claims experience from submission through payment
Denial, rejection, and unpaid-claims resolution
Insurance eligibility verification and prior authorizations
Familiarity with billing systems, payer portals, and clearinghouses
FOCUS:
Own daily billing workflows, follow up with insurers, resolve outstanding claims, and keep insurance and authorization records accurate for a respiratory and sleep diagnostics practice.
OFFICE ALLY EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED; OPTUM EXPERIENCE IS A STRONG ADVANTAGE.
