About the role
BOOKKEEPER (REMOTE – PHILIPPINES)
Devoted Care Services, a growing home care company based in California, USA, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.
This is a long-term remote position for someone who takes ownership, values accuracy, and can keep financial records organized and up to date.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
QuickBooks Online bookkeeping
Bank reconciliations
Credit card reconciliations
Categorization of transactions
Monthly financial reports
Profit & Loss reporting
Balance Sheet preparation
Assist with financial dashboards and reporting
Work closely with management and CPA
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation skills
High attention to detail
Organized and reliable
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal English communication
PREFERRED:
Home care, healthcare, or service industry experience
Understanding of U.S. accounting practices
