QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Law
5-7 years relevant legal experience (in-house or major firm)
Breadth across commercial, compliance, litigation for U.S. companies
Drafting, negotiating, advising on commercial transactions
Experience with manufacturing/supply agreements (U.S./intl factories) a plus
Knowledge of U.S. consumer protection, advertising compliance, privacy law preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafting: draft legal documents and agreements
Negotiating: negotiate commercial transactions
Advising: provide legal advice on commercial matters
Manage legal matters: across commercial, compliance, and litigation for U.S. companies
Support manufacturing/supply agreements: including U.S./international factories
Apply legal knowledge: in U.S. consumer protection, advertising compliance, and privacy law (preferred)
