About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented person to build and maintain clean, accurate prospect lists for our sales team. You’ll use sales intelligence tools (like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Sales Navigator) to find leads, verify contact info, and fill in missing details.
What you’ll do
Build targeted lead lists based on our ideal customer profile
Clean and scrub lists: remove duplicates, fix formatting, verify emails and phone numbers
Enrich records with job titles, company info, and LinkedIn URLs
Keep our lead lists and CRM organized and up to date
What we’re looking for
Experience with lead generation, list building, or data research
Familiarity with sales intel tools
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet daily or weekly targets
